From the entry of raw materials into the factory to the delivery of products, a total of 8 testing processes are set up, combined with a focus on detail management and key control methods to continuously improve product quality and provide products with high satisfaction to the market. By continuously optimizing operational processes through technological innovation, utilizing technological transformation to continuously improve equipment performance, reducing waste of manpower and material resources, and improving production efficiency while reducing production costs. Mobilize employees to actively participate in training on quality, safety, technological transformation, and other aspects, continuously summarize experience, improve their own skills, apply their wisdom to production operations, continuously improve and optimize production, and gradually explore a sustainable production operation mode.

  • Lean Manufacturing: The factory adopts Yokogawa DCS system for production, utilizing advanced control and batch control systems to improve self-control rate and achieve advanced automation level.

  • Advanced Equipment Support: The company is equipped with Eger glue circulation pumps, Rexroth glue circulation pumps, Hermite shielded pumps, Milton Roe metering pumps, Emerson, Yokogawa, and E+H instruments, and selects international advanced brands to ensure stable operation of equipment and product quality issues.

  • Factory Strength
    Factory Strength:

    The company has set up 15 raw material unloading berths, 20 raw material storage tanks, and a raw material storage capacity of 28000 cubic meters, which can meet the annual throughput of 80000 tons of raw materials. It also has 2 sets of raw material purification devices, with an annual raw material processing capacity of up to 1.2 million tons, greatly meeting the demand for refined raw materials in production facilities. One set of pilot plant and 3 sets of industrial production facilities have a total annual production capacity of 70000 tons. We have one warehouse with an area of 8000 square meters, a inventory capacity of 2500 tons, 8 loading docks, and a daily turnover of around 500 tons of goods.

    Required Knowledge & Skills:
    • The annual processing capacity of raw materials is as high as 1.2 million tons.

    • The total annual production capacity reaches 70000 tons.

    • The daily turnover of goods reaches about 500 tons.

  • Advanced Testing Instruments
    Advanced Testing Instruments:

    Agilent gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography, Thermo Fisher infrared spectrometer, Anasazi nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, Nerch DSC, Tg analyzer, Swiss Wantong automatic titrator, Swiss Wantong micro water analyzer, automatic distillation range analyzer, high-speed iron electronic universal testing machine, high-speed iron melt index meter, open mill, vulcanization machine, Huntley spectrophotometer, Sedolis infrared moisture meter, etc.

    With reference to various national standards, testing methods for thermoplastic rubber have been established, including gas chromatography to analyze the purity and impurity content of butadiene, styrene and cyclohexane, coulomb method to test trace water, gel permeation chromatography to test GPC (molecular weight), product structure, degree of hydrogenation, flame atomic absorption method to test heavy metal ions, rubber opening, vulcanization and physical tensile properties, Testing of volatile and ash content in rubber products, viscosity testing of rubber toluene solution, etc.
